            Have Questions?

            Do I need experience to build?

            Not necessarily! Many of our guides are beginner-friendly, with detailed, step-by-step instructions and real images to guide you. If a project requires more advanced skills, we note that in the description so you can choose the right build for your skill level.

            Can I customize a design?

            Yes! Many of our customers adjust the dimensions or materials to suit their space and needs. Our guides provide a strong foundation, but you’re free to modify as needed. Just be sure to consider structural integrity when making adjustments

            Where can I buy materials?

            Most materials can be found at local hardware stores, lumber yards, or farm supply stores. Our guides list all necessary materials so you can source them before you start building.

            How long does a project take?

            It depends on the project! Each guide includes an estimated build time based on two people working together. Smaller projects may take a day or two, while larger builds (like greenhouses) may take a weekend or more.

            Are the guides digital or printed?

            Our guides are digital downloads, so you can access them instantly after purchase. You can print them at home or use them on your phone, tablet, or computer while building.

            Do you offer refunds or returns?

            We want every customer to be completely happy with their purchase. If you’re not satisfied with the quality or accuracy of your guide, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we’ll issue a full refund.

            Because our building guides are digital downloads, once a file has been accessed or downloaded, we’re unable to process returns for reasons outside of product quality. However, if something isn’t right whether a file issue, missing content, or you simply expected something different reach out and we’ll make it right.

            Do I need specific tools?

            Most of our builds use common tools found in a standard workshop. If a guide requires specific tools, you’ll see them listed in the instructions so you can plan accordingly.

            Do you offer custom guides?
